Deson & Co.’s focus is on income producing real estate. We provide capital and services to support our involvement.
Specific areas of interest include, multifamily, student housing, medical office, light-industrial, and grocery anchored retail.

Other highly specialized asset types in which we have interest include; healthcare, hotel, gaming, mobile home park, and mini-storage warehouse. We work on larger individual assets, portfolios, or companies. Our activities in this area are concentrated in the United States.

Technology

Deson & Co.’s principle focus is on established technology companies that have both proprietary technology and outstanding growth prospects. Specific areas of interest include; digital content, passive sensors, and big data analytics with predictive capability. Other highly specialized categories in which we have interest include; specialty finance, and technology enabled traditional businesses. Our activities in this area are concentrated in the United States.
