Our areas of interest include regional and mid-market distributors with defensible customer relationships, strong route density, and demonstrated ability to serve complex, service-intensive accounts. We believe that restaurant and senior care distributors offer the most compelling opportunity for large general distributors to continue their consolidation activities.

Real Estate
Deson & Co.’s principal focus is on income producing real estate. We provide capital and services to support our involvement. Specific areas of interest include, multifamily, student housing, medical office, light-industrial, strip retail, self storage, mobile home parks, and limited service hotels.
We also consider horizontal development for large parcels of entitled single family residential land.
We work on larger individual assets, portfolios, or companies. Our activities in this area are concentrated in the United States.
Technology
Deson & Co.’s principal focus is on established technology companies that have both proprietary technology and outstanding growth prospects. Specific areas of interest include, tech-enabled business services, supply chain management solutions, specialty finance, and cybersecurity.
